Another Chromatic Finger Exercise

Okay I know you hate me for offering up yet another finger exercise, but these things really friggin works. Here is the chromatic scale but I've changed the pattern.

This one is not so simple. Instead of a 5,6,7,8 pattern you play an alternating pattern of 5,7,6,8. Play it slow but steady and then increase speed when you have it worked out.
